There are 2 membership options - free and premium - and with premium membership costing just $6.95 a month, it's really worth upgrading.
As a free member, you can surf 1:1 on the 20 second surf bar, or 2:1 on the 15 second surf bar. Premium members surf 1:1 on either surf bar, and also receive a nice block of extra credits each month. All members also receive $0.30 credited to their account for every 1,000 sites they surf.
But that isn't really the point. It's the quality of the traffic that matters, and EH4U is one of the best performers out there. If you've got something to promote, you could do a lot worse than buy (or surf for) a block of credits, and sit back and watch the sales come in. I've done this, and seen it happen.
